Construction

Only now can the building actually be built. But while Construction is typically understood to be the physical assembly of materials, there remain a number of management procedures that comprise the Construction stage, as well. This lesson describes the basic process of contract management, submittals, observation, testing and inspection required to see a commercial building completed.
